Begin the exploration of your body, breath, and the basics of Anusara Yoga in this one hour class. Great for the beginning student. |
| Level 1: |
Discover the fundamentals of Anusara Yoga in this safe and playful environment. Appropriate for beginners and ongoing students alike. |
| Level 1 & 2: |
Move beyond the fundamentals in this moderately paced class. You will be introduced to more challenging poses. |
| Level 2: |
Through thoughtful and creative sequencing this class will elevate your practice to new heights. Explore more advanced poses, pranayama, and meditation. |
| Restoratives: |
This class will not only restore but also rejuvenate the body. Some experience beneficial, but not required. |
